Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free for all orders shipped within the continental United States.  At this time we only ship within the continental U.S. 

We ship through USPS.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your provided e-mail address.  This e-mail will include the package tracking information.  You can track your packages at www.usps.com.

Purchases over $300 must be shipped to the billing address.  If you place an order in which the amount is over $300 and your billing & shipping address do not match, you will be contacted to resolve the issue before we ship your purchase.

You can shop online and pick up your order from the store if you would like…just choose local pickup as the shipping method or drop us a line letting us know.  Please note that our business hours are Monday through Saturday 10am – 5pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you aren’t happy with any item, simply return it!  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.

Items must be received back to us no later than thirty (30) days from the date you placed your order.  Be sure to plan 5-10 days transit time.

Any returns that are processed at our Boerne store location will be eligible for a refund ONLY in the form of a store credit.

Items must be returned in their original condition with the original tags attached.  They must be unwashed, unworn and not altered in any way.  This includes but is not limited to the following:  makeup and/or deodorant stains from trying on the items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.  Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.  Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a $20 shipping & handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.

Exceptions: Items in the “Sale” section, anything discounted, ALL accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. 

If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within three days of the delivery confirmation date.

Refund will be to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) unless you specifically state that you want store credit.

Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return.  We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.

Please include your packing slip or sales receipt with your return.  When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the item(s) you’re returning and include the reason for the return.  If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:

Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description and Reason for Return.  If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
